Sales Development Representative - SDR 

Since 1979, The Tint Pros, has been top of industry in Orange County, CA. Historically known for being a high end automotive window film company, we at the Tint Pros are actively growing our commercial side of the business and are looking for experienced Sales Development Representatives that wants to help accelerate our continued growth. 

We are looking for someone who has excellent communciation skills, doesn't give up easily, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, we look forward to seeing your resume. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Generate new business and new customer leads
    • Cold calls 
    • Vendor / business lists 
    • CRM utilization 
    • Existing customer list follow up
    • Vendor portals 
    • Get company on vendor lists 
    • Get company on new bid portals / bid lists for upcoming jobs
    • Create vetted / qualified customer lists 
  • Contact and qualify potential customers
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads 
  • Creating pipeline lists on targeted industry sales targets
    • Vetted / qualified targets 
  • Utilize marketing strategies to target a specific region or opportunity 
  • Will work directly with Project Manager and Estimator on customer pass off / incoming leads 
  • Will utilize company CRM to properly manage pending projects / sales / leads
    • Maximize detail 
  • Create relationships with new customers
    • Once relationship is created, customer would be passed off internally
  • Generate new business / sales by department to hit monthly goals 
  • Responsible for hitting overall DPI / KPIs to qualify for commissions

Qualifications

  • Microsoft office, CRM, Google software Proficient 
  • 2-3 years experience in Sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Time managmenet and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
