Prioritizes daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, ensuring a professional work environment and store conditions. Enforces Brand, Environmental, Marketing, and Operation compliance. Collaborates with stakeholders to boost company sales through training, improved customer service, and targeted sales plans. Applies sound business practices to manage the assigned area independently with initiative.
