The Territory Manager is accountable for the leadership and management of the day-today operations of their designated stores.
The Territory Manager will lead teams and executes strategies to achieve sales, Fuel Rewards, operational KPIs, profitability, and customer service goals. Prioritizes daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, ensuring a professional work environment and store conditions. Enforces Brand, Environmental, Marketing, and Operation compliance. Collaborates with stakeholders to boost company sales through training, improved customer service, and targeted sales plans. Applies sound business practices to manage the assigned area independently with initiative.
