Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Countertop and Cabinet Solutions is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our Houston Division. We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated team player, allowing them to grow their own portfolio within an established and proven company framework. · Generate new business by collaborating with apartment owners and property management companies
· Service existing accounts while developing sales leads and perusing new accounts
· Write detailed work proposals in line with the client's needs and expectations
· Create opportunities and solve problems while executing day-to-day renovation work
· Provide quality control touchpoints to ensure the work is done correctly and meets client expectations
· Manage subcontractor payroll and material budgets
· Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to successfully achieve yearly goals

Countertop and Cabinet Solutions is a construction company servicing the multi-family apartment industry. Our company executes the following types of work at apartment complexes
· Interior/Exterior multifamily renovations
· Installation of new cabinet doors and drawer fronts on existing cabinet boxes
· Installation of new laminate and solid surface countertops with sinks
· Resurface existing countertops
· Resurface bathtubs and tile surrounds
Requirements
· 3-5 years in Multifamily Rehab Project Management
· Excellent organizational skills
· Entrepreneurial mindset
· Self-motivated, business growth focused
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
· Ability to travel, in needed*
