POSITION TITLE: Territory Sales (Hunter)
COMPENSATION: Competitive Base Commission

LOCATION: Houston, TX

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for growing company market share and revenue by growing current customer accounts and obtaining new business.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Excel at creating and closing new opportunities in the fluid sealing/gasketing industry in the Houston
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts in gulf coast region
• Manage range of fluid sealing sales opportunities
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Augment commercial responsibilities with technical sales product knowledge

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-10 years core industry sales experience - prefer direct gasket & sealing.
• Must have ability to sell to the refineries.
• Self-motivated, go-getter, driven - someone who can really go and execute.
• Strong work ethic, resilience, grit, and drive
• Proficient user of MS Office, ERP and CRM systems
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
