- Investigate customer project needs by collaborating with sales, account managers, and consultants to understand project success criteria and technical requirements.
- Perform project plan design to meet the critical path and customer timeframes; employ project charters, RAID Logs, and business requirement documents.
- Lead the project by assigning tasks to Engineers and communicating statuses to customers through status update meetings.
- Keep project resources on task, maintain project plan data, and drive projects to completion.
- Effectively communicate with client technical and non-technical staff by creating digestible project plans that organize tasks into appropriate phases .
- Forecast and activate monthly recurring revenue.
- Advanced experience (5 years) in project management and professional services.
- Experience working with C-level Executives.
- Ability to lead a program of projects by organizing and presenting appropriate levels of project information to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to be a leader of a cross functional project team, as the delivery lead is ultimately accountable for project success.
- Experience implementing managed services and information technology solutions.
- Skilled in managing project plans, writing project artifacts, and documenting customer workflows.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing, networking, cyber security, and disaster recovery concepts.
- Technical understanding of Thrive approved technologies included but not limited to:
- Office 365
- Cyber Security Services
- Private Cloud
- Public Cloud (Azure)
- Networking (Firewalls, Switching, Access Points)
- Disaster Recovery
- Backup technology
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Prince etc.)
- Experience using ServiceNow (or other project management software)
- Experience in ITIL methodology and change management processes
- Willingness to improve team process and contribute to team and company initiatives
