We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Greystone Labs team in our New York Office. The Project Manager has an entrepreneurial mindset and is responsible for helping orchestrate projects. The Project Manager works with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, underwriters, and financial experts.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strive to understand the business we are in and help identify areas of improvement.
• Meet and strategize with lab members and business leaders to determine problem areas and potential solutions.
• Help define project goals, tactics and timelines.
• Coordinate and orchestrate prototypes and conducting product demos.
• Identify project roadblocks and help determine paths forward.
• Ongoing written project updates to team members and business leaders.
• General project organization and management.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• 5 years project management in a technical environment.
• Experience working with cross functional teams to drive project vision, define project requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.
• Experience delivering product presentations.
• Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design.
• Displaying leadership, organizational and execution skills.
• Proven communication skills.

Greystone offers a competitive base salary and bonus. The base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000/year. The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the hired candidates' qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the annual review process.
