Job Description
The Finance Program Group plays a pivotal role in driving regulatory and cross-product transformational initiatives within Client's Transformation framework. As a member of the Finance Transformation Office, this role provides hands-on support to accelerate critical initiatives and oversee key projects within the Finance PG Initiatives. It ensures the application of best practices and adherence to Client standards, vital for successful delivery in a complex, global environment.
Key Requirements:
- 7-10 years of project management experience in Financial Services, particularly in Capital Markets or Investment Banking.
- Profound understanding of project management principles with a proven track record of successful execution.
- Preferably possess industry knowledge, especially in Capital Markets products.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and self-motivation, capable of making decisions independently.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at influencing and negotiating with stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Essential to have product knowledge in areas such as Capital Markets, FX, Derivatives, Retail, and Cards.
- Ability to empathize and understand the perspectives of business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
