Our general contractor company is hiring a project manager.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the entire lifecycle of real estate projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborating with the design, construction, and financial teams to ensure project feasibility and success.
- Managing project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks while maintaining compliance with regulations and permits.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and implementing innovative approaches.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Project Manager, or in a similar role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
