**Job Overview:**
New Wave Design and Contracting is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our fast-growing company. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the building process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will collaborate closely with architects and engineers to develop plans, establish timelines, and calculate labor and material costs. **Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with architects and engineers
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that timelines are met and budgets are maintained
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work and ensure quality control
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry
