Job Description
Full time maintenance technician position for residential management company with scattered sites. Tech should have a very good working knowledge on how to identify basic plumbing, electrical and repair issues and complete repair based on best practices established by management company. Technician needs to have a good driving record, a reliable truck and their own basic tools. Technician will be assigned 3-5 tasks daily to complete. $ 17.50-$ 20.00 to start based on experience and references. We do not offer medical benefits at this time. Background and drug testing is required. Technician will receive cell phone stipend, and gas/vehicle reimbursements. Please submit resume for consideration.
