Job Description:
As a member of our team, you'll be:
- Using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks to help with office scheduling, bookkeeping, and data entry for accounts payable
- Assisting General Manager and Controller
- Working efficiently as part of a team to assure the work can be completed during a specified window
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must work in office, flexible schedule
- Must have an accounting background
- Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
- Must be teachable
- An eye for detail
- The ability to meet deadlines
- The ability to communicate complex data in a clear way
- Exceptional organizational skills
