The Role

The Assistant Manager - Overnight responsibilities include assisting in overseeing any area in the Rooms Division. This can include the Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations. This individual is responsible for telecommunications, in-house reservations and in-room dining order taking. Experience with turndown service, special needs of VIP Guests, foreign dignitaries, etc. is helpful. These responsibilities may also include staff training, development and scheduling. As a highly visible role within the hotel it offers the opportunity to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction according to luxury standards.

• Maintain professional and healthy relationships with all departments within the hotel
• Respond to a variety of guest request with corrective analyzing and brand standards

Both hotels are anchored on the ground floor by The Diner Bar The Grey Market, a street-side concept serving daily fare for locals, residents, and guests alike and helmed by award-winning Chef Mashama Bailey. This mixed-use project will also feature a residential tower – Siena – and 10,000 square feet of retail space.

• 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of computers and systems.
