Who We’re Looking for:
We are looking for a self-starting, motivated, hands-on, data-driven Director of Lifecycle Marketing to join our Customer Experience team.
This person will work with a cross functional team to drive the strategy and execution of our email / SMS / push strategy across all phases of the customer experience. Using a combination of customer data and creativity, the Director of Lifecycle Marketing will set the strategy, plan and execute email marketing and SMS campaigns related to promotions, education, retention, and automations. Additionally this person will be responsible for creating the infrastructure to effectively communicate with our customers throughout the journey of acquiring and using our products.
The ideal candidate will have great cross-functional experience, a proven track record of practical execution, superior analytical skills and the ability to optimize projects in real time.
