The Ups Store in Chicago, IL is looking for one part-time customer service to join our 12 person strong team. We are located in Edgewater Chicago, near Brynmawr and Winthrop Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

*Greet customers and make them feel at home *Answer any questions the customers may have *Assist Customers in preparing their orders *Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment *Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

*Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees *Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments *Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have *Good communication skills with customers

The hours we are looking to fill are Mon-Fri from 4pm to 7pm and Sat from 10am to 6pm. This would be a permanent part time role with few schedule changes based on business.
