Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our company. This position is responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails and web requests and providing customer service support.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Answer incoming calls and provide information needed to understand calls
• Track down missing items in the office
• Order supplies needed to provide customer with products
• Build rapport with customers by providing information about Mariano's Greek Town and providing support, emotional support, and positive solutions to customer concerns
• Use email to generate ideas for customer service interactions, respond to customer inquiries and take new orders
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
