Job Overview:
The Top 100 Magazine is looking to grow our team of account executives. We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive(s) to join our team in our expanding office space located in Miami, Florida. We offer competitive compensation packages including hourly pay plus commission with a flexible schedule, as well as opportunities for career growth and advancement. Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Generate leads through warm calling & prospecting, LinkedIn messaging, emailing, networking, and referrals. Conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Capable of working 25 hours a week. Flexible schedule (M-F). Office is open 9-5:30 M-F
- PC /Laptop & Mobile Device/Smartphone
- Active LinkedIn account (Or ability to create an account)
-1 year of call center/sales/customer service experience (Preferred, not required)
- Maintain Sales Pipeline and update CRM
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Skills:
- Experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not required)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire others
- Ability to analyze market data and identify trends and opportunities
- Technical - Computer Proficient (Basic Functions Ex: Google G-suite, Zoom (virtual platforms for presentations & video calls), PowerPoint (Google Slides), Word documents, etc.
Compensation:
- Paid weekly (Hourly Commission)
- We pay $18 an hour* plus % commission; total estimated/targeted compensation of $800-$2000 week (on avg).
- All training will be done through our platform/processes. Paid training will be for 1 week minimum (2 weeks maximum). After training, independent reps will be placed on a 90 day probationary period.
