Responsibilities:
• Provide immediate response to any sales inquiry from customers or prospects.
• Discuss features and benefits of products and services offered.
• Source parts for scope of work and determine labor hours required.
• Prepare detailed and descriptive written proposals.
• Communicate parts sourcing research to procurement.
• Create customer work order including tasks and parts required.
• Coordinate with procurement and service to ensure expediency and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Customers and prospects will be contacted in person, by phone and by email to address needs for new generators and transfer switches
• Provide immediate response to any sales inquiry from customers or prospects.
• Provide follow-up and superior customer service.
• Prepare detailed and descriptive written quotations.
• Sell Preventive Maintenance Contracts.
• Efficiently use computers, databases, and software programs to provide fast responses to customers.
• Submit timely call reports and expense reports.
• Develop strong working relationships with customers to ensure long-term
