Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership for the culinary team, driving innovation in menu development and presentation.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and maintaining the highest quality of culinary offerings.
• Collaborate with members to understand their preferences and dietary needs, delivering personalized and memorable dining experiences.
• Craft seasonal menus featuring locally sourced, fresh, and high-quality ingredients.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the culinary team through mentorship and training.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts for optimal pricing and quality of ingredients.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of private events, customizing menus based on member preferences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end or private club setting.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
