Job description
Responsibilities:
-Home insurance retention
-make sure current insurance renewals are worked or rewritten to another one of our preferred carriers
- welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, and provide information as needed
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of client information
Qualifications:
- English/Spanish Speaking
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a office or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems, including transferring calls and taking messages
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with data entry and file management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
