We're seeking a dynamic staffing salesperson to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their staffing needs.
• Identify qualified candidates and present them to clients.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Stay up to date on industry trends to improve our services.-
• Develop new business opportunities through market analysis and lead generation.
• Conduct negotiations with potential clients to close sales.
• Manage accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct outside sales visits to build relationships with clients.
