The Director of Human Resources (HR) is responsible for performing all HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the Executive Management Team and supervisors. This position is responsible for benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action/EEO-1, payroll, and employment law compliance.
