Our client, a real estate developer, is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk
Accounts Payable
Responsibilities:
- General accounting functions for multiple residential and development properties
- Processing payments
- Expense analysis
- Arrears management
- Oversee ledgers
- Undertake strategic analysis
- Prepare work papers and variance analyses for assigned properties
- Special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience with accounts payable
- Real Estate/Property Management and/or Construction experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Yardi is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
