Manage Company Construction Invoice Email

. Import /Enter/Code all Project Requisitions and Invoices

3. Prepare/Distribute Approval Coversheets to Project Managers and Construction Admin

4. Cut Checks Upon Final Approval

5. Produce & Distribute Lien Waivers to Sub Contractors for Signature

6. Distribute/Mail Checks Upon Receipt of Lien Waivers

7. Enter Cash Activity Into Accounting System and Provide Balances When Needed

8. Enter Checks in Bank Positive Pay System

9. Work with Construction Admin to Track Sub Contractor Insurance Certificates

10. Provide Contract Updates and Payment Status as Needed Softwares / SystemsTimberline / Timberscan / Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
