Description:JOB PURPOSE
To provide administrative support and develop workflow processes and systems for a department and/or Department Director with minimal supervision and direction.
Role to include answering phones, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, ensuring adequate office supply inventory, assisting with department timekeeping, and submitting orders/invoices, etc.
SHIFT: 7:30AM -4PM OR 8:00AM -4:30PM
CONTRACT LENGTH: 16 WKS
START DATE: ASAP
