The Mom Project is Hiring a Remote Program Manager, Biocompatibility

We are seeking a Program Manager, Biocompatibility on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. The candidate in this role has a good understanding of consumer electronics, analytical testing, program management and has worked in a collaborative cross functional, fast paced environment. This role will engage with cross functional partners and suppliers to drive material selection and biocompatibility testing during product development process, clear communication to peers and Small and medium-sized enterprises (SME's) and help build processes and specifications. The role is 100% remote to these locations: Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, Houston, TX, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Sunnyvale, CA. What You’ll Do: Good understanding of analytical testing methods such as High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICPMS), Liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC/MS), and Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GS/MS) Basic knowledge of Biocompatibility review Clear and effective communication of Biocompatibility goals and findings with cross functional team and leadership Manage and track analytical testing results and biocompatibility assessment and setup a process to track and communicate efficiently Prioritize programs and issues to meet timelines within a fast paced environment Engage with biocompatibility experts and cross functional teams towards building work flows, processes and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) Must-Haves: 2 years of project management in a corporate setting Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully and ability to prioritize issues/projects effectively Basic understanding of analytical testing methodologies Ability to work in fast paced, collaborative, cross functional environment Team player, strong analytical skills and ability to think outside of the box Experience with consumer electronics, biocompatibility and customer safety Good understanding program development checkpoints preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Toxicology, Biomedical science, Engineering or related field required Hours & Location: M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote.
