In this role, you will play a critical part in elevating Illumio's employee experience through the strategic development and optimization of People Operations programs and services, ensuring their alignment with the company's objectives and employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Everyday, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead the implementation of a new People Services operating model, manage end-to-end delivery of programs, and leverage analytics for continuous improvement, aiming to refine operational roadmaps and enhance program effectiveness.
To thrive in this role, you must possess over 5 years of experience in HR project management or a related field, demonstrate strong project management and analytical skills, have excellent communication abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels, and maintain a proactive, customer-service mindset geared towards innovation and efficiency in a tech-driven environment.
The People Operations team at Illumio is a motivated group where everyone contributes to creating best in class employee experience, programs, and processes. As the People Services Program Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing our employee experience by developing and optimizing our programs and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services that support our employees throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, this role will play an integral role in implementing and adopting a new People Services operating model and designing reporting analytics. We're looking for a hands-on builder who doesn't hesitate to challenge traditional thinking and pursues new territory with an entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and sense of ownership.
Refine program development and the operational roadmap for People Operations team. Design project management and development of programs, including identifying problems to be solved, goals, deliverables, timelines, and retrospective analysis
Implement strategies to enhance Illumio's employee experience through effective programs and services
Manage the end-to-end delivery and program optimization for onboarding, offboarding, programs, HR helpdesk and other employee lifecycle initiatives
Lead People Ops process documentation initiative
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure implementation and integration of people programs with overall business objectives
Analyze program effectives and make data drive recommendation for continuous improvement with stakeholder input
Serve as a subject matter expert on people programs and services, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization
Design and deliver People Services metrics to provide valuable insights into People trends and issues within Illumio and proactively identify areas of improvement
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Lead other cross-functional projects in People Operations space
5 years' experience in HR project management or directly related field, with a focus on People Programs and Services, preferably in a tech environment
Strong project management, analytical and optimization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, interpreting data and making data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to people programs and services
A positive, customer-service mindset with excellent communication skills across a wide variety of stakeholders
Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
Experience with technical systems and software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Greenhouse, HR Helpdesk tool and Workday
Able to combine intuition, business judgment and discretion in decision-making
A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience from an accredited university is required

Pay Range:
$ 138,000.00USD - $ 165,000.00USD
The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
