Front Office Agent
Salary: $18/hr
Full Time Position

Reporting to the Guest Services Leadership Team, the Front Office Agent role will curate lasting experiences in response to guest inquiries and needs, and will coordinate special arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently. Concierge is also responsible on having a strong grasp of hotel services and features, local events in the city, venues, and transportation options.
Responsibilities:
· Create itineraries unique to each guests requests and needs
· Respond to all guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
· Make arrangements for special requests or services (e.g. activities, transportation, reservations, et al.)
· Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area including special events, points of interest, and activities
· Work directly with appropriate departments as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or issues
· Maintain clear, calm, professional, and friendly language when speaking with guests and vendors.
· Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by leadership
· Expected to stay organized and minimize errors in fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Must have strong computer skills.
Knowledge of OPERA system a plus
· Previous front office experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or related field
· Strong attention-to-detail skills needed
· Strong knowledge of the surrounding area
· High School diploma or equivalent required
· Ability to stand for long periods of time
· Proficiency with computer & booking systems
· Ability to work a flexible schedule
· Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 30lbs)
Must be reliable.
