Job Details

1. Lead assigned project management including: planning and scheduling all construction activities for multiple projects. Manage and oversee owner and tenant design plans, project managers and/or construction managers. Manage scheduling and supervision of internal and external project management and daily trade partner activities in accordance with job schedules and scopes of work.
2. Oversee quality of work, code compliance and resolve issues.
3. Review and assist in negotiating change orders and purchase orders, review all invoices for accuracy and appropriateness.
4. Assist Construction Managers and Trade Partners with their Safety Initiative for all projects, safety logs and regular safety inspections.
5. Ensure in-house/external developers and tenant teams effectively and appropriately communicate to drive timely project completion. Attend Construction Meetings as needed.
6. Manage directly or via other staff, architectural, engineering, base building drawings and construction plans. Modify design plans, as needed, to assist in planning efforts both with stadium operations and the development team.
7. Create presentation materials that assist the Project Managers, Construction Managers, Leasing Managers, and Stadium Operations groups to develop logistic and operations plans for work managed with direct supervision.
8. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

• Must be able to read blueprints to maintain quality control and inspect all aspects of construction
• Professional and detail oriented with senior level leadership capabilities
• Ability to effectively delegate to and manage internal staff
• Excellent Customer Service Skills and follow-through
• Must be able to prioritize projects, work against deadlines and organize work flow
• AutoCAD a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project
• Bachelors Degree
• 3 plus years of experience
