Position: Project Manager- Hospital Construction and Design

The ARRA Group, a boutique healthcare recruitment firm, has partnered with our hospital client to hire a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of hospital construction projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare construction and design, exceptional project management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare facilities on time and within budget.
Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage all phases of hospital construction projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and healthcare industry standards.
• Monitor and track project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and accurate financial reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to hospital construction and healthcare facilities.

Requirements

• Associates degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, interior design or a related field.
• Proven experience in commercial building construction project management,
• Knowledge of healthcare construction regulations and standards, preferred.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
