GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Project manager is responsible for coordinating and maintaining our end client and internal company projects. Ensuring client satisfaction, follow-up and documentation are essential in this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project manager position is a key contributor in the success of coordinating our client’s projects. This is achieved by planning, coordinating, scheduling and following up on our clients open projects and by constantly monitoring the alerts generated by our tools to resolve incidents and or project issues and delays before our clients are aware.

Expected Outcomes:
· Success in the Project Coordinator position will be based on your ability to meet or exceed our client’s expectations and by meeting the project SOW (Scope of Work) put in place for the various projects.
· Quickly respond to customer requests
· Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
· Escalate service requests as necessary
· Responsible for entering time and expenses as it occurs
· Ensure detailed service tickets are maintained
· This position will be graded on the thoroughness of the information they obtain and the ability to create, define and coordinate the projects as assigned, feedback from the technical support team and the satisfaction of our clients
· Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures as applicable and as they arise
· 100% knowledge of ConnectWise software
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
· Project Management Experience is preferred
· Experience in a technical field is preferred
· Experience in meeting customer expectations is preferred

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
