Our firm has been retained to conduct a search for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Our client is a world class manufacturer and has been in business for over 100 years. Their recent growth has been fueled by acquisitions as they continue to increase market share with the products they produce. As a critical member of the HR Team, the Senior HR Business Partner will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner that formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. They need someone who can act as champion for the business and the employees and is considered a change agent. Communicating needs proactively with Corporate HR and business management this person will seek to develop integrated solutions. This position will be directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of all Human Resources services. This is a fast-paced environment so they need a high-energy professional who will be passionate about supporting the business and creating a winning culture. This opportunity will be based at the company s west coast operations in the SF Bay area. The compensation can be flexible depending on experience, but will likely be in the Mid $100 s range. Here are a few of the qualifications they seek in a candidate: ? Bachelor s degree (Human Resource Management or related HR field) required, Master s degree a plus ? Knowledge of California employment laws. ? Multiple years of related HR experience ? Demonstrated success in strategic HR leadership with a proven track record in creating a high-performance culture ? Experience with a unionized operation preferred ? HR experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment desired ? Progressive knowledge of best practices in multiple HR disciplines, including organizational development, performance management, talent management, etc. ? Bilingual English/Spanish
