The Hudson, a renowned hospitality company, is seeking a skilled and motivated Floor Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Floor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and optimal operation of our establishment. With a commitment to excellence, you will oversee the daily operations of various floor areas, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the floor staff, including waitstaff, bartenders, and hosts.
• Ensure that all areas of the floor are adequately staffed and well-organized.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the floor.
• Oversee the reservation system to efficiently manage guest seating and optimize capacity.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Continuously train and develop floor staff to maintain high levels of customer service.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
