Tavern on the Green, classically popular with both tourists and native New Yorkers alike, seeks an experienced Floor Manager with flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and closing shifts.
Our iconic Upper West Side location serves classic American food alongside an award winning wine and cocktail program in an elegant and high-energy setting. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals with experience in NYC restaurants. Our ideal candidates possess a solid work ethic, the ability to thrive in a team environment, and the passion for excellent service. We are looking for people who love food, wine, and creating spectacular moments for our guests.
The successful candidate has:
*4 year minimum floor manager experience
*1 year minimum experience in a fine dining restaurant
*1 year minimum experience in a high volume environment (500 cover shifts)
*Strong food & beverage knowledge
A Positive, Team-Building approach to Management and Leadership is essential.
