Description
- Convert pre-qualified leads into new customers
- Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business.
- Build customer relationships with existing clients by contacting via phone calls of emails.
- Generate new business with existing customers with upselling tactics
- Assist with incoming calls.
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Interact with other Sales Team members.
Requirements
SKILLS
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 years sales experience
- Familiar with CRM software and sales process
- Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills.
