Your Role

Our organization is looking for an experienced Controller to join our team. The Controller will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including overseeing financial processes, developing, and implementing financial policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial management, and office administration.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily administrative operations of the office.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage financial reporting and budgeting processes.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external use.
• Ensure accuracy of financial information reported to management.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

Experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required, CPA preferred
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in a leadership role
• MS Excel – Pivots, VLook-Ups, SumIF etc.
• Positive attitude, prefers working in a team setting.
• Experience managing HR department, including payroll.
• Roll up your sleeve’s mentality.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail & maturity
