The GreenSeason Group, LLC is Hiring a Field Manager Near Norcross, GA

Description

Responsibilities:

Work with CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE (C.C.R.) to identify staffing needs, hire new crew members and prepare daily schedules.

  • Continually inform and update (C.C.R.) of client needs through direct communication.
  • Manage landscape services, coordination of materials, people and equipment required to produce quality work.
  • Inspect properties prior to scheduled visits to properly prepare specific action plan for service for each property.
  • As needed, perform hands on work with crews to meet budget and scheduling needs.
  • Manage and monitor irrigation systems on your book of business.
  • Hands on training and support of field employees including operation of equipment, safety and quality standards.
  • Communicate, discipline and counsel field employees.
  • Ensure crews are clocked into the correct jobs using LMN (our timekeeping system)
  • Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and report any unsafe conditions to (C.C.R.).
  • Responsible for quality control. Track man hours and organize onsite work to finish within the budgeted man hours while adhering to Green Season Group quality guidelines.
  • Responsible for inventory and up keep on trucks and equipment under your book of business.

Customer Service:

  • Available to meet and interact with client's when needed.
  • Delivering on contractual commitments and promises.
  • Overall customer service/satisfaction.
  • Quality control.

Team Work:

  • Communicate to all team members' quality expectations, company goals and desired results.

Requirements

Requirements: Our ideal candidate will be a team player who can work independently and also have:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in landscape maintenance experience.
  • Able to supervise between: 3-4 maintenance crews simultaneously.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and must be insurable on company’s insurance policy.
  • A US citizen or provide a valid permit with documentation
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • High School Diploma/GED/ESL.
