The Frog and Turtle is Hiring a Pastry Chef Near Westbrook, ME
We have a Pastry Chef position open.
Looking for hard working, talented person to keep our strong desserts sales on track.
We make everything from scratch and do all in house baking, chocolate work, ice creams and breads.
Applicant should have a knowledge of custards, cakes, dessert sauces and a artist eye for plating, A fun kitchen that is more than opening #10 cans and pulling items from a freezer.
Qualifications should include a minimum of 3 years in kitchens, solid knife skills, and experience with scratch cooking.
Reliable transportation is a must. A safe kitchen to work in. 5 shifts a week: wed to saturday dinner service and Sunday brunch. Monday Tuesdays off.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
