A global law firm is seeking a Senior Coordinator in Talent Acquisition and Development for their Houston, Texas office. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience, be able to handle all the talent acquisition for the office, coordinate the activities and initiatives including summer associate recruiting program, campus, targeted and diversity programs, scheduling interviews, hiring committee preparations, prospect reach out, training and activities for the summer associates, monitor the local recruiting budget, work closely with the staff and lateral talent acquisition team. The candidate will also handle the talent development which will coordinate the in-house training programs, support and oversee performance management, monitor the budget and work closely with the talent development global team. In addition, will coordinate the onboarding for new hires, generate reports, work overtime and travel if needed and handle any projects.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in recruiting. The work schedule is hybrid with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remote.
