Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve hospital performance and patient outcomes
- Manage and allocate resources, including staffing, budgeting, and equipment procurement
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and adherence to best practices
