Long Term Temporary Contract, possible extensions, and permanent placements

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve hospital performance and patient outcomes
- Manage and allocate resources, including staffing, budgeting, and equipment procurement
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and adherence to best practices
- Monitor and evaluate hospital performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional development, and employee satisfaction

Requirements:

Project Management, Microsoft Excel
· Learning Management System (LMS) Experience
· Technical Skills
· Analytical Skills (including advanced MS Excel)
· Collaboration
· Communications

COMPUTER PROGRAMS/SOFTWARE OPERATED:
· MS Officer (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
· PeopleSoft ELM

EDUCATIONAL LEVEL:
· Bachelor’s Degree

Must be fully vaccinated or legally exempt
