Construction Project Controls Manager Job Responsibilities:

• The NYC Project Controls Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive reporting and tracking tools on multiple projects to present to senior management.
• Responsible for maintaining constant oversight of capital projects, monitoring project performance, and reporting on variances.
• Provide comprehensive program/project reporting including budget, cost planning, schedule, contract compliance, and other metrics as required on a project specific basis.
• Prepare risk reports and updates for project stakeholders
• Continuously explore best practices and new innovative ways to support advancement of project controls and reporting.
• Create innovative solutions to assist project management/delivery teams in understanding their Project's health, enabling them to make informed decisions.
• Review, assess and develop comprehensive reports on data from a variety of sources/systems
• Oversees the production and maintenance of accurate project schedules.

Construction Project Controls Manager Job Qualifications:

• 8 years experience managing construction projects in the Hospital/Healthcare setting
• Design build experience
• Excellent quantitative, analytic, and deductive reasoning capabilities
• Effective communicator
• Experience with complex, multi-million-dollar projects a plus.
• Must know Primavera P6.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & MS Project
• City, State or Federal experience is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree required

Construction Project Controls Manager Job Salary & Bonus:

• Base Salary: $95K - $115K
• Bonus: Based on individual and company performance
