Lanmark Group is seeking candidates for a Construction Project Manager position on a NYC Department of Design and Construction project that requires the interior renovation of the Hamilton Fish Park Branch Library located at 415 East Houston Street, New York, NY 10002.

Prior experience with NYCDDC and interior renovation projects is required. Excellent verbal, writing, and computer skills along with experience in General Construction, scheduling, submittals, and industry relevant certifications preferred.

Project Manager candidates should have 10 years of experience NYC government construction projects and a NYCDOB SST.

• We offer competitive salary based on experience plus 401K and benefits such as health insurance, vacation and holiday pay. Bonus pay will be calculated based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
