The Farm at Natchez Trace is a luxury pet resort for dogs and cats, located on Hwy 96 (close to Bellevue & Fairview). We're excited to be celebrating our 20th year in business and are currently looking for either a full-time (5 days/week) or part-time (3-4 days/week) front desk receptionist to join our compassionate animal-loving team! The shifts are 7:45 am to 4:15 pm or 9:45 am to 6:15 pm - may be a combination of both shifts each week - so flexibility is needed. Weekends are required. If interested in full-time, the two consecutive days off each week will be Tuesday and Wednesday.

What you will do:

• Handle Pre-Opening and Post-Closing Duties
• Warmly & professionally greet clients & guests
• Perform Check-Ins, Check-Outs and reservations
• Handle dogs and cats of various sizes and breeds
• Update records/files
• Respond to phone calls
• Assist in other departments as needed

Skills/Abilities Needed:

• A customer focused mindset
• Positive, energetic and enthusiastic
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Must be comfortable with all breeds and sizes of dogs and cats, as handling our furry guests is part of the job
• Willing to follow-through & follow-up; detail oriented
• Able to bend, squat and lift up to 40 pounds
• Proficient with computers and comfortable learning a new software system
