Precision Care Chiropractic in the heart of Cool Springs is looking for a part-time receptionist/front desk assistant. This job is 28-32 hours per week and includes hours M-F between the hours of 8:30am-6:30pm. We are looking for someone that loves to do many different types of tasks in a day, contribute meaningful work to the office and assist others to get well. Job Duties:

• Answering phones, checking patients in and out, taking payments, responding to emails and texts
• Greet all patients, get to know them and create a warm environment with excellent customer service
• Utilize programs such as EHR (ChiroTouch), Microsoft Word/Excel, Google Drive, Canva, Adobe
• Monitoring inventory and office supplies and order product as needed
• Assist doctors with patient exams
• Assist with office billing, processing EOBS, etc.
• Act as compliance officer regarding office policy and HIPAA
• Light Cleaning
• Assist Clinic Director with various tasks around the office
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
• Assist with file organization and maintenance
