As a Concierge, you will:

·Answer and route incoming calls.

·Respond timely to residents’ and family members’ inquiries.

·Maintain our guest register.

·Monitor COVID screening activities.

·Coordinate accounts payable information.

·Oversee mail distribution.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Proficient computer skills with emphasis in Excel, polished telephone etiquette, and at least one year of office experience.
