In search of quality BOH, we are looking for passionate, hardworking, dependable individuals with skills to work and learn all aspects of the kitchen. The position is as follows.
-Line Cooks (3-5 days a week, Do all stations including cleaning and washing dishes)
-Ability to work at a high volume, fast paced kitchen, with very little margin for error.
-Ability to follow recipes and instructions clearly.
-Cleanliness is a priority. Ability to deep clean and detail the work environment.

Responsibilities
• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Cleaning of service line and pizza ovens at end of shift
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Ensuring a clean and sanitary kitchen and dish station at all times
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report and follow chef’s instruction
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Scratch food making
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Knowledge of craft beer a plus
• Familiar with industry’s best practices.
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Valid CA Food Handlers Card or Equivalent
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Weekends are required for this job.
Compensation will be determined upon work experience.
Full-Time employees receive health benefits and PTO.
