Candidates should have line and/or prep experience in a chef driven restaurant, be familiar with “a la minute” cooking, be familiar with classic and modern techniques, have adequate product knowledge, be timely, respectful, take direction, be open to constructive criticism, work well under pressure, and be a team player. Culinary school is not a necessity but is appreciated.Joyce is a family owned, family style Modern Coastal Southern restaurant. We are open 7 days a week, and execute 14 services. Our team is very familial, we work hard together, and we treat one another with respect and gratitude. We are a fairly new restaurant and have been open since August of 2023, however, we have a tight knit crew that works very well together.
