The Clearfork Group is Hiring a Human Resources Director Near Fort Worth, TX
~Office in the HISTORIC STOCKYARDS~
The Clear Fork Group is looking for an experienced, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our team as HR Director. Must be an organized individual with strong time management skills who can also quickly shift priorities as needed. Must be flexible and able to adapt to fast paced work atmosphere with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Handles all HR functions
- Runs necessary background checks for each candidate
- Responsible for coordinating the hiring process for all new hires
- Handles recruiting, manages job ads, and assists with the hiring for all departments
- Responds quickly and accurately to calls, emails and personnel requests from employees
- Oversees all employee files and assures all files are complete per state survey requirements
- Updates HR files, forms, and policies as needed
- Run daily reports as needed
This job consists of a full time 40-hour work week, benefits that include vacation time, and health insurance. This position is in office and not remote.
