The HR Manager will staffing solutions throughout all departments of an expanding Bankruptcy Law Firm. This role is responsible for managing implementation of new processes and procedures agreed upon by the Visionary and Leadership Team in order to improve productivity and profitability.

The ideal candidate will be able to proactively resolve conflict around, identify, and create solutions for personnel issues within the firm through hiring, training, and creating long-term employee relationships. As the firm grows, the ideal candidate will help guide and successfully scale this expansion. Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Enhances the firm’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Development of teamwork in order to meet business metrics and create traction
• Facilitation communication between leadership team and their direct reports
• Establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to lead, manage and hold employees accountable; scheduling quarterly and annual evaluations with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records
• Commitment to maintaining the use of the EOS Traction system and tools in all levels of the firm.
