Casino in Tucson, AZ seeks qualified Human Resource Manager to raise the HR offering of the expanding property.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Employee Relations
• 10 years as HR Manager or equivalent experience.
• Experience in hospitality or gaming is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with casino regulations, federal and state laws, and industry standards.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
