This position will assist the Controller in the handling of A/R and other Accounting related tasks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Auditing and invoicing of all direct bill accounts. Tracking deposits for events and managing the timely collection on accounts. Completing all credit verifications for direct bill accounts. Balancing credit card accounts and maintaining an organized and accurate direct billing file. Promptly handling customer and staff inquiries regarding billing and completing requests for invoices. Researching chargebacks, billing disputes and partial payments.

Other duties as assigned by the Controller

Requirement include but are not limited to:

Prior experience in a similar role, excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be organized and able to multi-task with high attention to details, must have hospitality-focused qualities, a highly professional appearance and a courteous demeanor, must be able to demonstrate expert knowledge of MS Excel.

Hotel experience (Opera software) is a definite plus but not required.
